Becoming a subscriber means you’ll have peace of mind when it comes to getting the best seats in the house. For every concert in your series, you’ll always know where to find your seat. Come next season, you’ll have a chance to renew or upgrade. The best thing? Only subscribers get priority notice with first access to tickets for all special performances.

By purchasing a season package, you’ll save up to 20% over the cost of individual tickets — it’s like getting at least one concert for FREE! Plus, you’ll get 20% off additional tickets.

Free exchanges

Can’t use your tickets? No problem. Just call the MSO Ticket Office at 414.291.7605 and we’ll be happy to help you exchange your tickets for another day or help you make a tax-deductible donation.

Ticket Replacement

Your lost tickets can be replaced for free by calling the MSO Ticket Office.

Special Needs

Special seating is available for patrons in wheelchairs and for visually impaired patrons. Please order by phone, and inform us of your seating needs.  Infrared hearing devices are available at no charge for hearing impaired patrons, and we also offer large-print programs (please see an usher at the concert).
