In addition to his Brandenburg Concerto No. 3, we’ll hear the effect he has had on musicians as diverse as Mendelssohn (19th-century German), Villa-Lobos (20th-century Brazilian), Arvo Pärt (20th-century Estonian), and Eric Nathan (21st-century American).
