Join us for fun and excitement at this concert designed especially for children ages 3 - 10 and their families. This engaging performance was selected to delight the senses and trigger the imaginations of children of all ages.

Prokofiev Peter and the Wolf
Really Inventive Stuff, theatre company, vaudeville-inspired storytellers for orchestras, playfully reimagines beloved musical classics. Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf uses an adventure of a young boy, a cat, a duck, a wolf, and more to introduce children to the instruments of the orchestra. Haydn’s quirky Toy Symphony includes noisemakers, kazoos, and other toy instruments as part of the orchestra.

COME EARLY FOR FAMILY FUN:
One hour before each performance, take part in hands-on pre-concert activities sure to keep fidgety fingers busy. Write music at the composer station, visit the instrument petting zoo, meet special guests, and make crafts with our amazing community partners!
Pre-concert activities are presented by Forte Volunteer League.
