Seating & Accessibility
The Bradley Symphony Center features new, modern seating. Seat widths vary from 20” to 23”. Row spacing varies from 32” to 40” with the most generous seating located in the boxes. The Bradley Symphony Center has wheelchair seating available on both levels. Bariatric chairs, with a width of 30” and capacity of 800 lbs., are available upon request. Many orchestra-level aisle seats are also equipped with swing-away end panels.

Accessible Seating
There are several accessible seating options located throughout the Bradley Symphony Center. Wheelchair seating is available on both levels of Allen-Bradley Hall. Bariatric chairs, with a width of 30” and capacity of 800 lbs., are available upon request. Many orchestra-level aisle seats are also equipped with swing-away end panels. Please inquire about accessible seating when calling the Box Office at 414.291.7605.

Restrooms
All public restrooms are accessible to patrons with mobility considerations. Additionally, there are three gender-neutral single-occupancy accessible restrooms, which are located on each floor of the Pavilion and on the orchestra level of Allen-Bradley Hall.
Hearing Loop & Infrared Listening System
Allen-Bradley Hall is equipped with a tele-coil or T-coil Loop system. No additional assistive listening devices are required for patrons with compatible hearing aids or cochlear implants. If you do not have a compatible device, please pick up a loop receiver from the House Manager.
Allen-Bradley Hall is also equipped with an infrared listening system. Headsets are available from the House Manager.
Assistive listening devices are offered free of charge, but a driver's license or valid ID is required as security.
Braille & Large Print Programs
The Milwaukee Symphony offers Braille and Large Print program books for all performances. Please inquire with an usher when you arrive at the venue.
Sensory Bags, Weighted Lap Pads, & Noise Canceling Headphones
Sensory bags containing special KultureCity VIP badges, fidget tools, noise canceling headphones and other resources are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our Coat Check Room located in the Gallery of the Pavilion. Noise canceling headphones can also be checked out individually. Weighted lap pads are also available upon request.
Quiet Room & Quiet Areas
The Bradley Symphony Center has a Quiet Room located in the pre-theater lobby on the first floor. The Quiet Room, equipped with a sink, comfortable seating, and warm lighting is available for any patron who needs a private space to escape for a few minutes. From nursing mothers to someone who needs a space to meditate, say a prayer or just be alone for a minute, this space is available at any time. Additional Quiet Areas are located in the Historic Exhibit on the lower level and in the Phone Booth Area on the second level. These spaces can help patrons who are feeling overwhelmed escape for as little or as long as they need. Quiet Areas are marked by KultureCity signage.
Service Animals
Service Animals are welcome to accompany patrons at any event in the Bradley Symphony Center.
