The Milwaukee Symphony Ticket Office is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. It is located at the MSO’s administrative offices, at 1101 North Market Street on the first floor, or by phone at 414.291.7605.
The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra’s administrative office is located in the Blatz Wash House building, at 1101 North Market Street in downtown Milwaukee. Market Street runs parallel to and in-between Water and Broadway Streets, and intersects with Highland Avenue. Our office building is on the corner of Market Street and Highland Avenue, on the northwest side of the street. Enter the building on Market Street and the ticket office will be up a short flight of stairs or a quick elevator ride and to your left, in Suite 100. There is free 30-minute parking on Market Street directly in front of the building available for your convenience.
Our full-service online ticket office is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering online subscription sales and renewals, single ticket sales, ticket exchanges, and gift certificate sales and redemption.
In addition, tickets for concerts held at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, our main performance venue, may be purchased through the Marcus Center Box Office by calling 414.273.7206, or in person at 929 N. For concerts not held at the Marcus Center, tickets are available at the concert venue starting one hour prior to the performance, subject to availability.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you can’t use your ticket, you may exchange your tickets to be used for another Classics or Pops series concert that falls within the same season. You must choose your new concert at the time of your exchange. Please note that some Special Presentations are not eligible for exchanges.
You may exchange your tickets until 4:00 pm on the Friday before the concert you've selected through the MSO Ticket Office by calling 414.291.7605. You may also exchange your ticket online: get started now by logging into your online account.
MSO subscribers receive unlimited free priority exchanges. Other ticketholders will be charged a minimal exchange handling fee.
If you do not wish to exchange your tickets, you may make a tax-deductible gift by donating them back for re-sale.
You may pick up your tickets at the Marcus Center Box Office, located in the front lobby, for any concert held at the Marcus Center. Tickets for concerts held at other venues are NOT available for pick up at the Marcus Center.
All other venues:
Your tickets will be available for pick up at the concert venue beginning 1 hour before the scheduled concert start time. Box Office services can be found:
- Pabst Theater: For the north Box Office, enter the Milwaukee Center from any street entrance. For the south Box Office, enter the theater on Wells Street.
- Riverside Theater: At the Riverside Theater Box Office, located in the theater lobby
- Please note: The Pabst Theater and Riverside Theater require the photo ID and credit card of the person whose name the tickets are under to pick up your tickets.
- Basilica of St. Josaphat: In the Basilica lobby, enter on Sixth Street
- Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist: In the Cathedral lobby, enter on Jackson Street
- Helene Zelazo Center: At the Zelazo Center Box Office, located in the theater lobby
- Sharon Lynne Wilson Center: At the Wilson Center Box Office, located in the theater lobby

Student Rush tickets are available for $12.00 beginning two hours before all regular season Classics or Pops concerts, and may be purchased in person at the Marcus Center,Pabst Theater, or Riverside Theater Box Office. Students may purchase one ticket per valid student I.D. and will be seated in the best available seats at the time of purchase. Student Rush tickets are not valid on Special Presentations or one-night-only concert events.
Seniors 65 or older can purchase MSO tickets at 50% off regular prices on the day of the concert. Tickets must be purchased in person at the Marcus Center, Pabst Theater, or Riverside Theater Box Office with a valid I.D. during normal Box Office Hours. Seniors may purchase up to two tickets per valid I.D. Discount is not valid for special presentations or one-night-only concert events.
Ticketing promotions (promo codes) have limited availability and other restrictions apply, including no refunds or adjustments on previously purchased tickets. They cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions - promotions cannot be stacked. Promo codes are offered on single ticket purchases only and cannot be applied to the purchase of gift certificates, season subscriptions, or ticket packages. When time sensitive, promotion expiration date will be noted in offer details by the Milwaukee Symphony. The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra is unable to accept Marcus Center Gift Cards as a valid form of payment. You may redeem your Marcus Center Gift Card through the Marcus Center Box Office but it is not valid on MSO subscriptions.
The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra is dedicated to making sure each patron is equipped to enjoy the concert at its fullest. Wheelchair seating is available by request at all MSO concerts. Am I able to purchase tickets through a third party vendor?
The Milwaukee Symphony Ticket Office and website is the official ticketing provider for all our performances and events. In some cases, valid tickets are also sold directly through box offices at our performance venues, including the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, the Pabst Theater Group, and the Sharon Lynn Wilson Center.
We do not encourage our tickets to be resold. Third party vendors, or brokers, are in violation of our ticketing policy at all venues, and those orders are subject to cancellation without notice. The Milwaukee Symphony cannot, and does not, guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through third parties, and is not liable for invalid tickets purchased via third-party ticketing sites (such as Stubhub or SeatGeek), auction sites (such as eBay), classifieds (such as Craigslist), or any other ticket broker. We cannot replace lost or stolen third-party tickets. Please note that tickets purchased from third parties may be priced much higher than the ticket's actual face value, and we will be unable to contact holders of such tickets about program changes or cancellations.
