Indulge Catering Company, LLC, will be the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra’s new food and beverage partner at the Bradley Symphony Center

MILWAUKEE, WIS. – August 14, 2025 The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra announced its partnership today with Indulge Catering Company, a subsidiary of Milwaukee brand A Bianchini Experience, to deliver the outstanding hospitality experience at the Bradley Symphony Center that patrons have come to expect. A Bianchini Experience is led by Marta Bianchini (CEO) and Marc Bianchini (Executive Chef), co-founders of restaurant brands Cubanitas and the renowned Osteria del Mondo. Indulge Catering Company is Bianchini’s newest venture.

Indulge will oversee all hospitality at the Bradley Symphony Center — from bars, food kiosks, and sit-down dinners for MSO concerts to private catering events. In addition to elevating experiences that patrons have come to expect and enjoy, Indulge will create new offerings for visitors.
