The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and our hospitality partner, Levy Restaurants, have scaled up food and beverages with the creation of Resonance Food Co. It's music-meets-cuisine like you've never experienced before!
Here to serve you with all the planning and provisions needed, the Resonance Food Co. presents elevated hospitality, set to music. We specialize in creating one-of-a-kind unforgettable events of all sizes and types that reflect your style. Customizable catering menus and custom floor plans offer the opportunity to personalize your occasion, from opening note to the final crescendo.

Bring the entire family for a festive pre-concert meal designed to delight holiday concertgoers of all ages. Don't miss your chance to visit and snap a photo with Santa before matinee performances of Hometown Holiday Pops and fill your cup (and bellies!) with holiday cheer. Tickets are $26 per person (plus tax). Reservations are required for Brunch with Santa and can be made when checking out or by calling the MSO box office at 414-291-7605.
Menu items will include cozy brunch favorites such as seasonal fruits and vegetables, fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy chicken tenders, savory mac and cheese, chef carved ham, a hot chocolate bar, assorted holiday treats, and more.

Resonance Food Co. offers a variety of choices, prepared on-site by our full-time chefs. Beginning 90 minutes before each performance, enjoy tasty treats and libations at numerous bar locations throughout the Bradley Symphony Center. Intermission & Post-concert
Assorted refreshments and beverages remain available for purchase during intermission. Or, skip the line! For your convenience, see any bartender to pre-order your intermission beverages before the concert. Following the concert, The Gallery bar will remain open for one hour for post-concert socializing.
Meet the Artist Luncheon
Join us post-concert for lunch with conductors, guest soloists, and MSO musicians in the Pavilion at the Bradley Symphony Center, following all Friday Prelude Series performances.
The popular luncheons include an engaging Q & A session with artists, paired with delicious cuisine by our partners at Resonance Food Co.
