REhearsals and performances

The Milwaukee Symphony Chorus rehearses on Monday evenings from 7:00-9:45 p.m. There will sometimes be additional Tuesday evening rehearsals.  During performance weeks (5-7 times per season), singers will have services every evening, sometimes with one night off, and often with an afternoon performance on Sunday. Chorus members are expected to maintain excellent attendance for rehearsals and performances throughout the season.

The chorus season length varies by year, but rehearsals typically begin in late August or early September, with the final concert usually taking place by mid-June.

Some concerts are performed by smaller choruses selected from among the full chorus based on audition results and availability, and participation in these concerts may require attendance at additional rehearsals.
