When using www.mso.org you may be asked to create an account, with an e-mail address and a password, in order to protect your account and information. Passwords are kept confidential and will not allow access to payment information such as credit card numbers. You may be asked to share your first name, last name, address, and phone number. We will require your credit card number to complete a transaction. We may need to share your information with other companies that we have hired but who are contractually bound to use personal information we share with them only to perform the services we have hired them to provide. At certain times, we may collect demographic information via website surveys. This information helps us better serve you and is completely optional.

When you provide your e-mail address to the Milwaukee Symphony, we will periodically contact you through email, providing you information about your account, donor newsletters, upcoming concerts, special offers, organizational updates, contest opportunities, etc. If you don’t want to receive periodic email notices from the MSO, please use the manage your subscription link at the bottom of each email message. The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra does not rent, trade, or sell email addresses.
USES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra is a member of the Milwaukee Arts Partners (MAP) consortium. MAP shares a ticketing/marketing database, Tessitura, that enables online ticketing through each organization’s website. The postal information we collect is shared within MAP as well as with other reputable organizations to help them contact consumers for marketing purposes. From time to time, we may make the mailing addresses of those who access our website available to MAP organizations or other reputable performing arts organizations for the purposes of one-time-only mailings. The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra does not rent, trade or sell email addresses within MAP or to outside organizations.
The MSO will do our best to protect any financial information you provide to us. If you purchase merchandise or give a donation online, your credit card is encrypted using current secure communication technologies. Your credit card number will only be used for processing orders or donations. We restrict access to customer financial information for use by authorized employees only.
