Parking at the Marcus Center

  • Marcus Center Parking Structure
    The Marcus Center Parking Structure is located one block north of the Marcus Center, between East State Street, and East Highland Avenue. To access the parking structure, turn onto State Street from Water Street. The entrance is one block west of Water Street on the right.

Directions to the Marcus Center

The Marcus Center is located at 929 North Water Street, Milwaukee, WI.  Click for directions to the Marcus Center from your location or find our recommended directions below. 

  • From the West: Take I-94 eastbound to I-794. Exit I-794 at Jackson/Van Buren (left exit), and veer left onto N. Van Buren Street. Follow N. Van Buren Street to State Street. Turn left on State Street and follow to Water Street. The Marcus Center will be directly in front of you.
  • From the North: Take I-43 south toward Downtown Milwaukee. Exit at Fond Du Lac/McKinley Avenue. Turn left at the lights onto W. McKinley Avenue (eastbound). Continue as W. McKinley Avenue turns into E. Knapp Street, then turn right onto N. Water Street. The Marcus Center will be on your right approximately three blocks ahead.
  • From the South: Take I-94/I-43 north toward Downtown Milwaukee. Take the I-794 eastbound exit. Stay right and take the Plankinton Avenue exit. Veer left onto Plankinton Avenue, and follow to E. Wells Street. Take a right onto E. Wells Street, and a left onto N. Water Street. The Marcus Center will be on your left approximately two blocks ahead.

  • The Avenue (fomerly Grand Avenue) Parking Structure | 615 N. Plankinton Ave.
    Located on the west side of Plankinton Avenue, between Michigan Avenue and Wisconsin Avenue.

  • Milwaukee Center Parking Ramp | 819 N. Water St.
    Underground parking structure located within the Milwaukee Center. Enter off Kilbourn Avenue or Water Street.
  • BMO Harris Bank Parking Ramp
    Located just off the SE corner of Wells and Water Streets. Enter off Wells Street.
  • CPS Parking Ramp | 300 East Wells Street
    Enter on the east side of Broadway, just north of Wells.

  • The Basilica is located on the Historic South Side of Milwaukee, on the southwest corner of West Lincoln Avenue and South Sixth Street. Free parking is available in the Basilica lot. Enter on South Sixth Street, just south of the building. There is also street parking available.
